We are very excited to announce that we are hosting a crafty crochet class at Fine & Sunny in two weeks time!

Your bike could look this good!

We would like to invite you to learn how to crochet a granny square! We have sent out an email to everyone on our friends of Fine & Sunny email listing so places are filling up very quickly....however there are a few left. So don't dilly dally and let us know if you want in!!!

Details are as follows:

Date: Thursday 24th March 2011

Time: 6.30pm arrive for 7pm start (finish around 9pm)

Venue: Fine & Sunny  - Shop 7 141 Eighth St Mildura VIC

Cost: $10 includes yarn, crochet hook, tutorial and cuppa

Please bring a plate of food to share (if you have time!)

Unwind and knit a bit!

Lookie what we have here.......some new knitting kits from Olive and Me have arrived at Fine & Sunny and they look excellent!

We have a few different types available for newbie knitters to nifty knitters in a range of super hot colours such as pesto, charcoal marle, kiwi fruit, hot rose, mustard, chocolate and ruby red.

The kits include everything you need to create a unique hand knitted little beauty - yarn, bamboo needles, easy to follow instructions, blunt wool needle and a cool printed knitknit calico bag to keep it all together!

It actually feels like Autumn today, pulling out the cardies and thinking about what we are going to wear this winter?! Hmmmm....let's see...

Back storeroom = playroom for Annies three kids - Arki, Seth & Lola. What does it mean if there is quiet for longer than 2 minutes.....they are up to something!!!

Let's wrap Lola up in til tape and turn her into a mummy....

New in the shop Mae fabric wall stickers in lots of great designs!
The stickers can be moved around - scrunched up, smoothed out and rearranged again and again.

We will also be stocking their beautiful wrapping paper - you can frame it, wrap it, cover books or use for paper crafts.


As well as being quite good looking, fun and unique, Mae are always doing their best to be kind to the environment, always supporting local Australian businesses.  They use ‘eco’ inks and recycled cardboard packaging, not to mention their stickers are reusable and with proper care (and even a bit of improper care) will last for years to come.
