Our yummy lunch yesterday.....
Quinoa salad with roasted pumpkin, sweet potato and zucchini, pine nuts, caramelised onions, mint and sweet white nectarines...we had the same today but added feta and pear.
Then for sweets a cappuccino and orange cream biscuit - YUM!
If you haven't tried quinoa before, maybe you could add it to your shopping list, it is really good for you and just as easy as cooking up rice and it is very tasty!
We aren't serving up lunches at Fine & Sunny, just wanted to share, however you can most definitely have the coffee and bickie!
