Here's a yummy recipe to share (or not) with your peeps, courtesy of Indigo and Quince.
Peanut Butter Balls Baby
1 Cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Icing Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Rice Bubbles
Melt the peanut butter and butter in a saucepan on low heat and add to dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix until combined. Form into small balls and put on a tray into the freezer.
When balls are set/frozen, melt chocolate and copha in saucepan on low heat. Drop balls into chocolate, coat with chocolate and fish them out with two forks, put on tray and back into the freezer to set.
